Refund Policy

Returns:

We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after you receive the item to request a return. If you are out of town, please contact us in advance so we can hold your item(s) until you return. The 10 day return policy takes effect upon delivery, regardless of whether you are on vacation or unable to open the package. We must be contacted 48 hours after the delivery date for a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The products must be:

  • In original condition (new)
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • in the original packaging

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking fees:

No restocking fees.

Return label:

After you request a return, if your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.

  • For defective products – If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.
  • Due to customer withdrawal – If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.

Return shipping cost:

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to return the product, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, we ask that you first verify your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We provide a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance purchase. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
